The Multimodal Transportation Fund provides grants to ensure that a safe and reliable system of transportation is available to the residents of this commonwealth.  The program is intended to provide financial assistance to municipalities, councils of governments, businesses, economic development organizations, public transportation agencies, rail/freight, and ports to improve transportation assets, to enhancement communities, pedestrian safety, and transit revitalization.

    • Select Login to USER & MUSER click here
    • Prefix your username with user\
    • Enter your password
  • NOTE:

    Keystone Login credentials will not work on the MTF SharePoint site. Please use your SharePoint login credentials to access the MTF application.

  • Start NEW Application
    • – To start a NEW application, click on the link within the license plate logo.
  • Open EXISTING Application
    • – Before you begin, please sign in using the Sign In link in the top right hand corner of this page. This will connect the funding page to any existing applications that belong to you. To open an EXISTING application, find your application within the Application(s) section and click on the Edit icon.
  • EDIT Application
    • The application form will time out after 30 minutes. If you do not save before your session expires, you will lose any data that was entered. Please save often to avoid losing your data.
    • Fields on the Overview and Project Readiness tabs now have character limits (which include spaces). The limits are listed at the end of each question. If your response exceeds the maximum number of allowable characters, a red dashed box will appear around the answer field AFTER you click outside of the box. You will not be able to save or submit the application until responses are within the character limit.
  • Save Application
    • – To SAVE your application, you must enter a Project Title on the Summary screen of the application
